Aged Phoenix Shui Xian (老丛单丛水仙) is a mature expression of Phoenix Dancong Oolong mastery — a tea that has rested through years of quiet transformation. Grown from old Shui Xian bushes high on Wudong Mountain, its leaves carry a deep, roasted warmth balanced with notes of aged wood, dried fruit, and camphor.
Each steep reveals layers of honeyed minerals, resinous incense, and subtle orchid undertones, evolving with a rounded, silky mouthfeel. The aging mellows the once-vivid roast, bringing a dignified calm — a taste of stillness and time.
Handcrafted in Chaozhou and aged naturally under careful storage, this tea is prized by collectors for its depth, smoothness, and lingering huigan (returning sweetness). It embodies the poetry of old Phoenix trees — rooted in stone, whispering with age.
