Honey Orchid Oolong Tea (Classic version) [Honey Orchid Fragrance / 蜜兰香]
A variety of Dancong Oolong tea sourced direct from a family-run tea farm in Phoenix Mountain (“Feng Huang Shan” 凤凰山) - an area renowned for its Dancong Oolong Tea in Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. Tea leaves are hand-picked and hand-roasted in small batches to ensure the greatest freshness.
Mi Lan Xiang (蜜兰香 or directly translated as “Honey Orchid Fragrance”). This Oolong tea is characteristically aromatic with lingering sweet notes of honey. It is distinctively fruity with flavours that is reminiscent of lychee.
A smokier and more robust brew in comparison to the early Spring version. The classic Honey Orchid Oolong is roasted 3 times to bring out the flavours of the harvest.
Direct from farm. Handroasted in small batches for freshness.

For a warm brew
250ml of water
90-95°C
To make cold brew
5g of tea leaves
300ml of room temperature or cold water
Chill 8 to 12 hours in fridge
