Pu Erh
Also known as “Bo-Ley”
A classic Chinese brew from tea farms in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Pu-erh tea is rich, smooth with woody flavours and a sweet aftertaste. Features full whole Pu-erh leaves. Great for digestion especially with or after a heavy meal, or enjoyed on its own. Pu-Erh tea contains caffeine, can function as a natural good perk-me-up.

Brewing suggestions:
For a warm brew
5g Tea Leaves (about 1 teaspoon)
300ml of water
90-95°C
3-5 mins
To make cold brew
5g of tea leaves
300ml of room temperature or cold water
Chill 8 to 12 hours in fridge
