It undergoes minimal post-harvest processing—slightly fermented and air-dried without firing or rolling—preserving its natural flavours and high antioxidant content.
Picked in early spring as the tea bushes emerge from dormancy, the leaves retain fresh nutrients and delicate flavor compounds. The infusion reveals a floral aroma with a distinctive honey-like sweetness, complemented by a smooth, clean finish.
