Shipping Information

All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the stated time frame, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

Orders will be delivered via local courier. You will receive a tracking number once your purchase is handed over to one of our trusted courier partners. 

 

LOCAL ORDERS (within Singapore)

• Delivery fee of $5 for orders below $50
• FREE delivery for orders above $50
• Orders will be packed and sent for delivery within 2-3 days after order is placed.
• Local deliveries generally take about 3-5 days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Varies by country, depending on weight.
• Orders will be sent via SingPost (less than 2kg) or SpeedPost (between 2kg to 20kg) as a default. 
• Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout. 
• If you require express delivery, drop us an email at hello@convivialfeast.com with your order number. We can arrange for courier via DHL. Relevant courier charges will apply.
