Local Orders (within Singapore)

How much does delivery cost?

• Enjoy free delivery for orders S$50 and above
• A flat fee of S$5 apply for orders below S$50

*For a limited time, enjoy free local deliveries at a reduced order value of S$35 and above. Flat fee of S$5 applies for orders below S$35.

How long will deliveries take? (For orders within Singapore)

In normal circumstances, you should be able to receive your orders within about 1 week after placing your order.  

• Orders will be packed and sent for delivery within 2-3 days after order is placed.
• Local deliveries generally take about 2-4 working days
• Deliveries may take up to a week during peak seasons (for e.g. Christmas etc)

 

Expedited Local Deliveries 

*Arrangements can be made for expedited local deliveries (1-3 days) if needed. Drop us a message if you need this delivery option otherwise the normal delivery arrangement will take effect. Additional charges may apply.

We do offer seasonal promotions for free expedited local shipping, keep a look out for such promotions!

 

Can I pick-up or collect my order?
We do not offer pick-up or collection at this time. Please use the delivery option for orders.

 

International Orders

International orders will be shipped via SingPost. Delivery times will vary based on the country that you are located in and will generally take between 2 to 4 weeks. 

Contact us if you require your items faster, where we can arrange for international UPS or DHL courier services. Additional charges will apply.
