Dancong Oolong - Da Wu Ye (Big Dark Leaf) 凤凰单丛乌龙 大乌叶
A classic variety of the Phoenix Fenghuang Dancong (凤凰单丛）tea with a particularly strong floral fragrance reminiscent of the orchid. The name means “Big Dark Leaf” in reference to the appearance of the relatively larger and darker tea leaf in comparison to the other Dancong teas.
The resulting colour of the tea soup is translucent bright honey yellow. This tea is exults lasting a refreshingly mellow and elegant floral fragrance, with a rich and smooth texture.
A feature of this tea is its resistance to brewing, lasting up to 5-6 brews per serve!
