What payment methods are there?
We accept credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard). 

I have placed my order, what happens now?
Orders will be scheduled for dispatch within 72 hours after order is placed. You will receive a tracking number once your purchase is handed over to one of our trusted courier partners.

When I receive my orders? (For orders within Singapore)
In normal circumstances, you should be able to receive your orders about 1 week after placing your order. 

  • Orders will be packed and sent for delivery within 2-3 days after order is placed.
  • Local deliveries generally take about 3-5 working days
  • Deliveries may take up to a week during peak seasons (for e.g. Christmas etc)
  • Do drop us a note if you would like expedited delivery.  We can make arrangements to meet your request as much as possible.

    How can I ensure package can be delivered?
    Please make sure your name, address and contact details are fully entered and are correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. 

    How much does delivery cost? 

    Free local shipping for orders above S$50 - valid in Singapore only. 

    LOCAL ORDERS (within Singapore)

    • Delivery fee of $5 for orders below $50
    • FREE delivery for orders above $50


    • Regular mailing rates apply for international orders. 
    • Varies by country depending on weight.
    • Orders will be sent via SingPost (less than 2kg) or SpeedPost (between 2kg to 20kg) as a default. 
    • Shipping fees calculated upon checkout. 
    • If you require express delivery, drop us a message at hello@convivialfeast.com with your order number. We can arrange for courier via other shippers. Relevant courier charges will apply.


    Can I pick-up or collect my order?
    We do not offer pick-up or collection at this time. Please use the delivery option for your orders.


    Bulk and Corporate Orders 
    Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?
    Yes, we do!

    Are you able to offer corporate rates?
    Yes, we offer special rates for bulk orders of 10 items and above.  

    How should I go about placing a bulk or corporate order?
    If you are looking to place a corporate or bulk order:

    1) Do hit us up via the messenger found at the bottom right corner of each page or drop us a mail at hello@convivialfeast.com.
    2) Let us know which item you are interested in as well as your requested quantity and we will revert with pricing.
    3) Once the order is confirmed, we will proceed to reserve inventory for you. 

    Do note that some items might be limited in inventory. If you intend to place a very large bulk order, we recommend a lead-time of about 4-6 weeks to avoid disappointment. Nonetheless, we will do our best to fulfil your request with our available stock to be able to deliver the items to you as soon as possible. 

    What is your lead-time for bulk orders?

    Dependent on the requested quantity and availability of stock. In circumstances where we have sufficient inventory to fulfil your order, we are generally able to schedule a dispatch of your orders out within 3-4 working days of order placement. After which, dispatch would usually take about 4-5 working days as a safe gauge.
