Rather than harvesting the entire garden together, they began practising single-tree harvesting, single-tree processing and single-tree storage—an approach that gave rise to the tradition of Dancong (单丛), meaning “single bush” or “single tree lineage.”
Qunti Dancong honours these traditional origins. Rather than showcasing one signature aroma like Mi Lan Xiang or Ba Xian, it reflects the rich diversity from which all Phoenix Dancong evolved. Gongfu Style:
